4 ways to stay longer in bed.
1) Exercise your pelvic floor muscles.
To get your lower pelvic floor muscles, try to stop your flow while urinating. When you find that it has stopped, that is the tissue you are using. Give yourself time to flex your muscles during the day, tightening it 3 seconds at a time. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions each day.
consider doing other, similar exercises that work your pelvic muscles, including yoga, Kegeles, and pilate. These can allow you to strengthen these muscles and will give you better control over yourself.
2) Masturbation before sex.
About 1-2 hours before sex, give yourself time to rejuvenate and get rid of them. It takes longer for men to recover after menopause, so doing so a little earlier will help you slow down.
3) Train in the starting and stopping positions. Another way to help yourself stay longer is to train yourself while masturbating. When you are about to finish, stop stirring until you are calm. Build a backup, then calm down again. Do this three times before urinating. [4] This method will help you to learn your limits, and how far you can push them before the profit returns. Once you know these limits, you’ll be better able to control them before you get to where you can’t stop.
4) Stop having sex lightly. If your concerns are related to work anxiety, it may be helpful to take a short break. Talk to your doctor and partner about abstaining from sex for a set period of time. This does not mean the loss of intimacy. Use this time without sex to focus on other forms of sexual play. This will help you learn to be happy with your partner, to remove the stress when you return to sex.
