A recently disclosed patent application exposes Apple’s plans. The tech giant could use a simple band to add an accurate measure of blood pressure to the Apple Watch. The patent does not suggest that Apple is currently working on a project. However, it prevents other technology organizations from making the same product. As a result of their patent application dated October 16, 2021, Apple is free to apply the same concept in a different context in the future.
