I am no expert in this, but yes i have gone through this situation so i think i can answer it.
Bad thought comes into everyone’s mind. We can’t only get good thoughts.
Here are some Best way to Remove bad thought is to.
1. Keep yourself busy when you get bad thought
2. Talk to someone about it. To your friends, family, your partner anyone.
3. Try meditation.
4. Listen to some good songs or read some good books.
These are some ways which did helps me. I hope it will help you guys too
